Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor training program that combines strength training, cardiovascular workout and core exercises. It’s usually done in small groups with portable equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, exercise balls, etc.), using bodyweight-based exercises and in circuit-training style taking place in the backyard or in the park. It’s fun and effective to train outdoors in natural terrain for fresh air and adding variety to your workout routine. The group dynamic is synergistic and motivational.
