Olga Khanevich

Olga started her fitness career with a major in Physical Education. She was a university volleyball team player and taught and coached women’s volleyball team.

Graduating from National Personal Training Institute and certified through National Strength and Conditioning Association, Olga finds one of the greatest rewards by applying her skills and helping people improve their performance, whether an advanced exerciser or a novice. Recent certification as a practical nurse also helps her bring fitness and functional training into healthcare arena.

Olga specializes primarily in functional training. “Strong core is important in everyday activities. It prevents muscular imbalance and development of postural deviations. At the same time, I never underestimate the importance of weight training and its influence on metabolic rate, body composition and bone density. Both males and females must train with free weights,” Olga says.

As a personal trainer, Olga is on a mission to educate people and provide necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. She will help you understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life and why consistency is required to maximize your success.
