Cris entered the fitness world at the age of 16. His passion for exercise started as conditioning for athletics in high school and shortly after turned into a major part of his life.
Cris has always had a desire to help others. “Once I wrapped my hands around the concept of living healthy I felt compelled to share that knowledge with others,” Cris said. ” Since becoming a certified trainer, I have explored many avenues in the trendy and every changing world of exercise. I always look for the newest ways to help people achieve their goals, while simultaneously sticking to my roots of old fashioned weight and cardiovascular training.”
Viewing himself as a motivational person and sticking by his clients until their goals have been reached, Cris’ personal goal for each and every client is to instill the motivation and drive to be healthy that I carry with me on a daily basis through fun and interesting methods.
